We administer City of Buffalo Programs for Buffalo's North District. If your property falls inside that boundary line, you may be eligible for the services listed below. Please complete our intake questionnaire to begin the process.

Emergency Assistance

Broken furnace in the dead of winter? Roof leaking right into your kitchen? Electrical hazard at your main panel? Emergencies like this need to be addressed immediately. The Emergency Assistance program is designed to restore the health of your home when there's a crisis.

Got a job that needs done but you’ve only managed to save half the money for the repair? The 50/50 program is designed to match private financing with conditional grants to make renovations and bring your property into compliance with local standards.

Keep your house nice and cozy with funding of up to $5,000 to make weatherization related improvements.

Target Streets

This program provides grant funding to make repairs for one or two-family homes on our specified target streets. If you live in the target area and income qualify, you may be eligible for this program.
